Purchases & Refunds

After purchasing a course simply visit the courses page and click on the course you bought. Then scroll down to the 'Curriculum' section, click on the first lesson to get started.
If you purchased a course without creating an account you won't be able to access a course for security reasons. You can create an account by clicking on the 'My account' link in the main menu. Once you create an account, purchase the course again and you will be fully refunded for the first purchase through PayPal.
There could be an error with your payment method. Please check this and try again. If the problem persists, contact us.
We currently do not provide refunds for online courses. If you are having technical issues with any course please contact us.
Nicebrains Courses does not accept coupons.

Your Account

Your account details can be changed by visiting the 'My Account' page from the main menu.
You can unsubscribe by replying to any one of our emails with the word 'unsubscribe' or contact us using the email address on our contact page.
When logged in, you can change all account details using by visiting 'My Account' from the main menu.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to isaac@nicebrains.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses. Please also check that you are logged in correctly
